Retail employees at Ladbrokes have been surveyed via their own shop tills on the benefits they value.
The company conducted a benefits survey, designed by Asperity, using a software programme linked to the shop till system, with the aim of discovering which benefits staff value and how they want them delivered. More than 2,300 employees responded to the survey in ten days.
Sara Davies, HR director for reward at Ladbrokes, said: “In a retail business, it’s really important we can make everything we do accessible to staff. By using the till system, we have been able to ensure that everyone in our retail operation has an opportunity to take part in the survey in a cost-effective way.”
