Men’s Confidential has launched a new website that aims to improve the fitness and health of employees.
The website can be customised and branded for any organisation, allowing employees to use interactive, progressive fitness programmes, as well as access tips and information about weight loss and healthy eating.
Jackie Nixon, managing director of Men’s Confidential, said: “We can brand our health and fitness website to any company, so it becomes their corporate online fitness club.
“The cost per employee is minimal and the benefits are both to the company in terms of productivity and to the employee in terms of better health.”
