Cisco, Sage, and City and Guilds were among the winners at the Employee Benefits Awards 2011.
The three organisations, nominated by their adviser Thomsons Online Benefits, took home four awards in total: Cisco won ‘Most effective use of a flexible benefits plan’ and ‘Most effective sickness absence management strategy’; Sage won ‘Most effective benefits communication for employers with fewer than 5,000 UK staff’; and City and Guilds won ‘Most effective benefits strategy for organisations with fewer than 1,000 UK staff’.
Michael Whitfield, chief executive officer at Thomsons Online Benefits, said: “It is brilliant that Cisco, City and Guilds, and Sage have all been successful in their separate categories and we look forward to many more of our employers adding to this growing list of awards next year.”
