Lorica Employee Benefits launches online benefits portal

Lorica Employee Benefits has launched an online benefits portal called iPortal, which provides employers and their employees with access to every website and microsite related to their benefits offering through one sign-on facility.

The portal can be connected to a variety of benefits platforms, including pension schemes, wealth management, flexible benefits, voluntary benefits and healthcare.

It can also provide a number of reporting options through a separate HR administration area where employers can download reports about the portal’s usage.

Tobin Murhpy-Coles, commercial director at Lorica Employee Benefits, said: “iPortal works with any platform or provider, not just Lorica-enabled ones.

“By aggregating benefits in this way, it helps support benefits communication by enabling employers to signpost employees to one place.”
