Telecommunications organisation TalkTalk has promoted Mark Dickinson to chief people officer.
In his new role, Dickinson will have responsibility for the overall HR strategy. This will include overseeing a cultural development programme designed to boost employee engagement with the organisation’s values and purpose. In addition, Dickinson will work to promote flexible working and further the inclusion agenda.
Dickinson has held numerous roles at TalkTalk, including people director for the consumer business, HR business partner, and head of employee engagement. Other previous roles include HR business partner at Groupama Insurances, HR advisor at Ford Retailer, and HR assistant at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company.
