HR service provider SD Worx has acquired human capital management technology organisation Ceridian UK and Ceridian Ireland in a full share acquisition.
SD Worx and Ceridian will also create a partnership to deliver cloud human capital management software across Europe, including a long-term agreement to develop and provide global human capital management solutions.
The agreement includes the formation of a new Mauritius organisation, into which existing Ceridian teams supporting UK and Ireland businesses have been transferred.
Ceridian UK and Ireland will continue to be led by Doug Sawers, managing director.
The transaction closed on 14 June 2016.
