Adidas, Gartner and Royal Mail to share insights at Employee Benefits Live 2017

Adidas, Gartner, Royal College of Nursing, Royal Mail, and Santander are among the organisations to share insights at Employee Benefits Live 2017.

Employee Benefits Live, Europe’s largest employee reward and benefits event, will return to Olympia National on 10-11 October 2017, in association with Conduent HR Services.

The extensive conference programme features five different conference streams on each day of the two-day event. On Tuesday 10 October, the streams include: workplace pensionshealth and wellbeingemployee engagement; HR strategy; and benefits strategy. The second day of the event, Wednesday 11 October 2017, will provide further insights across financial wellbeing, benefits technology, global reward, diversity and inclusion, and benefits on a budget.

Employee Benefits Live will enable HR, benefits and reward professionals to gain innovative and creative new ideas around reward by learning from forward-thinking industry leaders.

This includes Tony Cooke (pictured), HR director at Adidas, who will discuss how to bridge organisational and individual goals in order to develop and retain future talent.

Sam Kirk, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) benefits manger at TalkTalk, Spencer Roach, reward director at Gartner, and Guy Hayward, chief executive at Goodman Masson, will examine what makes a winning benefits and reward strategy, while Shaun Davis, global director of safety, health, wellbeing and sustainability at Royal Mail, and Gareth Mullen, head of safety, health, wellbeing and security, Retail Group Services at Thames Water, will look at engaging staff with wellbeing initiatives and the promotion of healthy lifestyles through reward programmes.

Other speakers include Andrew West, human resources manager, reward and systems at the Royal College of Nursing, who will discuss support for working carers, and Hossein Kakavand, co-founder and chief executive office at Luther Systems, who will share insights on the impact of next-generation technologies, such as the blockchain, on benefits strategies.

Delegates at the event can also network with employee benefits providers in the exhibition hall to find out more about the latest services and cutting-edge products on the market.

Employee Benefits Live 2017 will take place on Tuesday 10 October and Wednesday 11 October at Olympia National, London.
