A website dedicated to the defined contribution (DC) section of ITV’s pension scheme has gone live, following the appointment of a new consultancy at the end of last year.
The trustee of the ITV pension scheme appointed JLT Benefit Solutions to provide administration services to its DC section of the pension scheme in November 2006, after the previous provider, Scottish Life Administration Solutions pulled out of the DC administration market.
The process has included the development of a website for the online platform for the DC scheme members as well as, data validation; testing and migration and scheme programming.
Duncan Howorth, managing director of JLT, said: "The online platform has been created so that it can be developed further in the future. Our solution is about continuing flexibility in-line with the client and member needs."
JLT is also working with the ITV pension department on the administration of the defined benefit (DB) pension scheme section’s additional voluntary contributions (AVCs).
