You at Work has launched a package of tax and national insurance (NI)-efficient benefits designed to provide employers with a cost-neutral way to make employees’ net pay go further.
The product called Crunch Buster, which incorporates a salary sacrifice element, operates as a self-funding benefits scheme whereby staff make savings on income tax and NI contributions. It allows employers to consolidate their existing benefits, while also being able to take advantage of maximising NI savings.
Crunch Buster offers a selection of seven benefits , which can be tailored to address specific corporate objectives, such as those related to the environment or health and wellbeing. The benefits include childcare vouchers and a cycle-to-work scheme.
Bruce Rayner, chief executive officer at You at Work, said: “Given the current economic backdrop, You at Work [is] proactively looking at numerous ways in which we can help Britain’s employers maximise the value derived from their benefits programmes.”
