Accor Services relaunches childcare voucher scheme

Accor Services has relaunched its information and advice services by splitting its Familylife Solutions advice line into two separate lines: one offering general family advice and the other offering advice in sourcing childcare.

Parents who receive Accor Services’ childcare vouchers will now have access to the two advice lines, which are free to call, confidential and available 24/7.

The family advice line gives support and advice on a wide range of issues that may affect working parents, from providing information packs, arranging access to health visitors, answering questions from the legal, practical, financial, emotional or health related or giving advice and performing searches on care for elderly relatives.

The childcare advice line gives information on types of childcare available and can perform searches for childcare that meets a parent’s requirements and source a range of solutions.

Laura Czapiewski, product executive – childcare vouchers for Accor Services, explained: “We split them to clarify to parents the full range of services available and to make it easier to access the childcare search functionality. We have also created specific marketing materials to ensure the services are effectively communicated to parents.”
