Unilever has appointed Crown Relocations to provide global mobility services for its international employees.
The household products firm has a presence in over 100 countries.
The relocation package will include pre-relocation services such as preview trips for assignees.
Crown Relocations’ global mobility services team will coordinate a full range of destination services, providing Unilever employees with home-finding and school-search assistance, and settling-in support such as arranging childcare, transportation and furniture rental.
The package will also provide ongoing assistance during each assignment including expense management and Crown Relocations’ global passport services, a training programme that helps expatriates adapt to cultural and emotional challenges, identify and handle conflicts, and adapt their communication skills.
