Fidelity Worldwide Investment has appointed Kate Naylor head of compensation, investment and Moonray (private equity and ventures).
Her previous role was head of compensation – financial services, UK and India at Fidelity Worldwide Investment.
Naylor previously held a range of reward roles at Barclays, following a background in consulting at Towers Watson.
