BAE Systems has promoted Fiona Gilroy to employee value proposition and recognition manager.
Gilroy’s responsibilities now include articulating, developing and embedding the employee value proposition (EVP) for staff and the businesses that are part of BAE Systems, and designing and implementing a cultural change programme across the business to support its refreshed approach to recognition.
