Epson Europe has aligned its HR systems across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR).
The digital imaging technology organisation has launched a single HR platform, which incorporates compensation and benefits, with provider Talentia Software, which is used by more than 1,000 employees across 26 countries, including more than 300 in the UK.
It had previously used nine separate systems across these regions.
The platform, which is available in six languages, allows employee data to be routed through the appropriate local HR team.
Epson Europe has also introduced a performance management system, to identify key talent and assist with organisational planning.
