The aerospace seating manufacturer launched the online benefits portal, Employee Savings Premium, to support staff financially.

Through the scheme, which is provided by Edenred, employees can access discounted cards, childcare vouchers and a bikes-for-work scheme, which 10% of staff have placed orders for.

Employees have also made savings of around £2,500 since the scheme was launched.

Zodiac Seats UK, is continuing to promote the scheme to staff using multi-channel communications.

This is aimed at ensuring the savings on offer are communicated correctly.

Gareth Welch, payroll manager at Zodiac Seats UK, said: “We haven’t offered anything like this before so worked in partnership with Edenred to create a huge buzz among our employees.

“The results speak for themselves. We have had huge take up, great feedback from our staff and, if momentum continues over the next few months, savings are expected to reach more than £10,000.”
