Thomsons Online Benefits has developed a new range of products branded Intelligent Reward, to help employers ensure staff gain maximum value from their benefits.
The first product to be launched from the range is its Campaign Manager software programme, which enables employers to target benefits communications to specific areas of their workforce. The programme also allows employers to monitor the results of their communications campaign. It is being unveiled at the HR Solutions and Employee Benefits Conference and Exhibition in Manchester.
Chris Bruce, director, marketing and technology, explained: “If [an organisation] is launching childcare vouchers, it can look at [which of] their employees [have] young children, and email them specifically.”
The service will be rolled out to existing clients as a free upgrade if they wish. For new clients, the cost of the service will be based on the number of employees in their organisation.
Bruce added that the company will roll out two-to-three new products under the Intelligent Reward brand each quarter. It aims to launch a total of 10-to-12 new products by 1 May 2008.
