Inconnection has launched a new online reward platform which is free to implement and only paid for by employers as and when they use it to reward staff.
The platform is designed for small businesses who wish to reward individuals for achievements such as long-service, sales results or staff referrals.
Line managers or the HR team, for example, are able to award a number of points which build up on an employee’s account, allowing them to purchase discounted products, novelty experiences and retail vouchers.
Employers will be charged a management fee as and when they award points to employees.
The platform can be integrated into an existing intranet or internet site and is fully administrated by Inconnection. It can also be re-branded with a company logo for a small charge.
Adam Russell, incentive and reward specialist for Inconnection, said: “We offer a dedicated email address and phone line to support the scheme, managing all queries relating to the website on [the company’s] behalf.”
