ADP and Thomsons Online Benefits has partnered to help employers understand the pension reforms.
The partnership will provide consultancy on every aspect of the pension reforms and auto-enrolment, including provider selection, cost modelling, employee engagement and ongoing management.
It also aims to help employers restructure their reward strategies, provide technology to help with administration, and assist with communications to educate and engage staff throughout the change process and beyond.
Trevor Townsend, product director at ADP in the UK, said: “With the introduction of auto-enrolment in October 2012, employers need a ready-enabled solution to meet their administration and communication needs across HR, payroll and benefits.”
Tim Perkins, director at Thomsons Online Benefits, added: “The auto-enrolment challenge must be addressed as part of an organisation’s ongoing reward strategy and not solely through consultancy or bolt-on technology.”
