Employee recognition provider Globoforce has introduced a tool that links employee recognition and performance.
The tool, Talent Maps, aims to help HR and business leaders keep track of their top performers by allowing them to use peer-to-peer recognition data to visually map out employee and team performance.
The data can then be used to identify high-potential, high-performance employees for succession planning and leadership development.
