The expert panel discussed how employers can support staff with financial pressures that may be impacting employees’ physical and mental health, and the benefits that can be implemented to address financial inclusion. The panelists also spoke about the impact of workforce mobility on financial wellbeing, and strategies to help overcome the socio-economic challenges that influence perceptions of savings among staff.
