Allianz Cornhill is launching a flexible benefits scheme and a voluntary benefits plan using prize draws for flat screen televisions and computers to drive awareness of the initiatives. The flexible benefits scheme launches this month and is available to all 4,500 employees.
They will be able to trade their salary, life assurance or their holiday to buy shares, childcare vouchers, home computers, bikes for work and extra holiday and make pension contributions to the company’s money purchase scheme and charitable donations through a give- as-you-earn scheme.
The voluntary benefits scheme will launch later in January offering retail vouchers, dental plans, holidays, Virgin Experience Days as well as Allianz Cornhill’s own products which include pet, home and motor insurance. Marketing of the scheme will include a teaser email campaign, intranet site, posters, advertisements on televisions at communal sites, and prize draws to drive employees to the internet.
