Just a short e- mail to say a massive “THANK YOU” to you and everyone else who made the Summit such a great success. The arrangements were “spot on” and provided a great mix of inputs, discussions and time to network with colleagues
Pete Steer, UK HR payroll & benefits – director, Zurich (delegate)

Many thanks to you and all your colleagues for arranging such a fantastic event. Please pass my thanks on to those involved who I haven’t copied in.
Richard and I found it extremely worthwhile and the workshops ran like clockwork. What’s more, we had a real hoot – I’m sure work is not supposed to be that much fun.
Many thanks again for a super time.
Helen Dowsey, principal – benefits solutions, Aon Consulting UK (sponsoring partner)

I just wanted to say how much John and I enjoyed the summit last week. It was good to see you again and not only was this a very good business event, we all had fun too! (We definitely had the best – or was it the worst – table at dinner on Thursday night!)
I have no doubt that the workshops and interaction with the delegates will be of significant benefit to Lorica and I would like to thank you and your team for their hard work and charm.
I look forward seeing you again soon.
Marcia Reid, Director, corporate consulting, Lorica (sponsoring partner)

I wanted to pass on my thanks to you and the team for a really enjoyable and well run event.
Many thanks,
Paul Bailey, reward manager, Computacenter (delegate)

Many thanks once again to you guys for organising a great conference. It really seemed to go incredibly smoothly and certainly all the delegates that I spoke to were impressed with the whole set up.
We certainly found the event useful.
Thanks again.
Simon Bailey, head of marketing – employee benefits, AEGON Scottish Equitable (sponsoring partner)

Velvet – thanks for a great conference and all your hard work!
Jane Richards, HR reward manager, BDO Stoy Hayward LLP (delegate)

I’ve sent this note on to my home e-mail to be able to give it the attention it deserves. Can I just say again how much I enjoyed the summit and also what a great job you and your colleagues did in looking after us so well and ensuring that the whole thing worked so smoothly.
I know from experience just how difficult it is to make something like that look so easy, so well done and thank you again.
Paul Bissell, head of rewards, Nationwide Building Society (delegate)

Thanks again for an extremely well structured and run event.
Jim Cowan, Senior Consultant, Remuneration & Benefits, Royal Bank of Scotland (delegate)

I just wanted to thank you and your colleagues for the impeccable organisation of the conference. I thought it was a really good programme and all the arrangements went very smoothly thanks to you.
I really enjoyed the event and found it very useful in relation to my work. The dinner at the riding school was a really nice touch.
Tim Sands, Deputy Director Pensions Policy, Department of Health (speaker)

Just wanted to send an email of thanks to you and all the team for a great event.
The event was a great experience for us, helped enormously by your fantastic team. Velvet moved up to the plate and organised superbly. All bases covered. And when we needed anything it was never too much trouble. Of course the rest of the team (too many to name but they know who they are) have to be there for Velvet and they were at all times.
Yes, of course we have great fun with you and the team on a social level, but we are there to work as well and you all help balance the two aspects so well.
Thanks again.
Angus Jones, managing director, Clarity (sponsoring partner)

I would like to express my thanks for inviting me to the Summit last week.
I could spend all my working time attending seminars, conferences and meeting prospective providers, so it is critical that I spend my time only on those things that are of real benefit. The summit certainly achieved this, and as an event, it would be something that I would happily pay to attend.
Specifically:
• The organisation of the 3 days was superb. The event team were more like of bunch of friends than work colleagues. They were so efficient and approachable throughout the 3 days and fun individuals.
• The providers clearly understand the opportunity such an event offered them. There were a number of providers who as individuals I would choose to work with – as far as I am concerned selecting providers is as much about good relationships as the products themselves.
• The fellow delegates were of the right level, had responsibly for employee benefits and more important actually understood the subject matter. This was enhanced by the general attitude of openness and honesty which enabled some good discussions. I was also able to forge some good relationships that will continue well beyond the Summit.
• Finally, I was impressed by how the EB team participated openly in discussions and were totally approachable throughout. This was complimented by the speed at which the event was accurately reported and put on the Employee Benefits website.
I hope from your perspective this was also a successful event.
Thank you.
Tina Odell, pension manager, Sony (delegate)

A big thank you to you and your team for the event that you put on in Jerez.
As you know you have been badgering us for three years now and having at long last relented I must say we were a little sceptical about what to expect. However, the combination of location, quality of delegate and relaxed pace was really ideal to make new friends and contacts and reacquaint with old ones.
I am sure that you are aware that we support many events but in my opinion this is certainly one of the best, if not the best, that we have attended over the years.
Please pass my thanks on to all your team and well done again, we look forward to the feedback on all of the workshops, particularly ours on communication and engagement. We will be back next year!
Michael Whitfield, chief executive officer, Thomsons Online Benefits (sponsoring partner)
