Curo has launched a technology platform, whichis designed to support employee compensation planning and allocation processes.
The Curo Compensation platform, which can integrate with existing human resource management systems, allows line managers to make pay decisions, aligning individual and business performance with compensation data history, and internal and external benchmarks.
Ita key features include: making and approving recommendations on salary and variable pay within one application; multi-currency support to view recommendations and consolidate reporting; and linking recommendations to performance metrics including achievement of company, team and individual goals.
Ruth Thomas, chief operating officer at Curo, said: “Our product allows HR to take real control of their process and data so they can focus on matching cost to reward and manage the increasing complexity of compensation programmes.”
