Dinamiks has launched an online employee performance management system.
The system, called Dinamiks, includes two modules: competencies and values.
The competencies module highlights where training is required, while values aligns staff, through behaviour change, to what the brand of their employer organisation represents and how it is perceived.
Shirley Barnes, client relationship director at Dinamiks, said: “We know from our pre-launch users that financial directors and other high-level decision makers are interested in using systems like Dinamiks to track, manage and improve the performance of everybody in the business, senior management included.”
Dinamiks replaces paper-based appraisals and can be used wherever there is an internet connection. The system offers flexibility combined with up-to-the minute analysis of employee performance.
