Lorica Employee Benefits has partnered with Staffcare to launch an online portal to assist employers to auto-enrol staff into workplace pensions from 2012.
The portal, called Simplicity3, can be linked to any pension scheme provider. It will manage administration of the entire process, ensuring that each employee is opted in or out at the correct time on the appropriate contributions for their band earnings.
It will also alert employers with the following:
- Individual employees that may have been missed.†
- Whether their current scheme is non-compliant with auto-enrolment rules.†
- The option to select an alternative pension scheme which is compliant with legislation.
