The judging panel for the 2013 Employee Benefits Awards has now been confirmed.
It will include Neal Blackshire, benefits and compensation manager at McDonald’s Restaurants; Jane Earnshaw, head of reward and recognition at Asda; Susan Hughes, associate director, UK pensions and benefits at BP; Tim Taylor, group head of group reward at Tui Travel; and Louise Phillips, employee benefits leader at IBM, to name just a few.
The 14 December 2012 deadline for entering the Employee Benefits Awards 2013 is fast approaching. There are 21 categories to enter, including ‘Best communications’, ‘Best flexible benefits plan’ and ‘Benefits team of the year’.
The 2013 awards also include several new categories, such as two additional pension-focused awards: ‘Best pensions default investment’ and ‘Pensions professional of the year’, as well as ‘Most engaging benefits package’, which rewards the best use of benefits in an employee engagement strategy.
Employers are invited to enter new initiatives as well as longer-running reward strategies.
They can enter as many categories as they like. Descriptions of each of the categories and details of how to enter can be found here.
