Buck Consultants has appointed Martyn Anwyl (pictured) managing director of its UK health and productivity division.
In his new role, he will lead a team of 36 and advise on implementing effective benefits programmes designed to enhance employee wellbeing.
Anwyl was previously head of compensation and benefits at Xerox Europe, Buck Consultants’ parent company.
Anywl said: “Health and productivity is an exciting area to be in. [Employers] need to develop their wellness strategies to ensure that their employees, who face longer working lives, remain healthy and productive.”
Fraser Smart, managing director of Buck Consultants, added: “As a purchaser of health and productivity services in his previous role, [Anwyl] brings an [employer’s] perspective to the development of our offering.”
