Employee Benefits Awards 2014 open for entries.

The Employee Benefits Awards 2014 offer reward and benefits professionals the ideal opportunity to showcase, and gain recognition for, the outstanding work they have done over the past 12 months.

This year, employers are encouraged to enter initiatives they have introduced during the past year, as well as successful longer-running benefits strategies.

As long as the quantifiable measures to demonstrate a benefit’s or scheme’s success are from 2013, there is no restriction on how long ago this was launched. However, to be in with a chance of winning, it is vital that entrants show results and demonstrate how these met original objectives.

Each year, the list of award categories is reviewed to ensure it remains in line with latest trends and enables employers to show off their strengths and achievements.

Pensions auto-enrolment has inevitably been a huge area of focus for many employers over the past year and this looks set to continue into 2014. To reward and recognise all the hard work employers have invested in this, we have introduced the category ‘Best pensions auto-enrolment strategy’.

The other new category for this year is ‘Best pay and bonus strategy’.
