Market research organisation, GFK Group, is to launch a global online HR, compensation and performance management tool.
The product, TalentReward, which is provided by Towers Watson, includes a range of HR services designed to help employers with their performance management process, pay and career planning.
GFK Group will launch the product in February 2014 as a pilot project in a range of countries with approximately 5,000 employees. The compensation-planning module will go live in March 2014, with the full product set to be rolled out in GFK Group’s remaining countries later in 2014.
