Honda UK has re-communicated its health benefits to staff after changing its healthcare broker.
The car and motorbike manufacturer renewed its medical insurance scheme in September.
David Tugwell, compensation and benefits specialist, said this was the ideal time to remind staff of their benefits. “The aim is to communicate what [staff have] got [and] how they can use it. It’s about making sure our employees get healthy as quickly as they can and also putting some mechanisms in place that let them be more aware of how they can improve their own health.”
