Cadbury Schweppes is looking at moving to a self-service benefits system in order to take full advantage of its new HR and payroll system.
Suzanne Laverick, UK employee benefits manager, said: "We’ve recently introduced a new version of Sap HR. With that comes a flexible benefits solution [which] gives us the potential to look at some employee self-service."
