Towergate Financial has teamed up with Staffcare to launch a corporate benefits portal which it has used to offer flexible benefits to its own employees.
The portal ‘Your Benefits Solutions’ will provide new and existing clients of the financial advisory firm with a total reward statement capability, a flexible benefits platform and HR self-service system.
Towergate Financial’s first scheme has been launched internally for the 3500 employees at the Towergate Group, where flexible benefits is being rolled out using the new flex platform.
Ian Collins, director of sales development at Towergate, said: “We have introduced this new corporate benefits portal in response to the increasing demand for innovative reward packages from our existing and prospective clients.What better way to endorse our own product than to offer it to our own employees.”
