Immedia Group, which provides radio and in-store media for retailers, has launched its first radio station dedicated to its own employees.
The station, which will be broadcast at Immedia’s headquarters in Newbury, will play a mixture of music, organisation news and features, as well as providing a pilot for new services aimed at external customers.
Staff are being encouraged to contribute to the daily content by featuring in topical broadcasts. Weekly features will include a music chart, employee focus spots and an Immedia lottery.
Bruno Brookes, chief executive officer at Immedia Group, said: “The radio station is for our employees that will all play a part in contributing to its content.
