HR4UK has launched an online HR and employment law system.
The Employment Handbook and HR System, which includes information about changes to employment legislation and links to employee benefits, can be accessed through an employer’s intranet site.
Peter Abraham, founder and director at HR4UK, said: “Complying with the different laws and procedures around employing people has become incredibly time consuming and costly for organisations, especially in such difficult economic conditions when just making ends meet can be tough.
“The system can dramatically ease that burden and allows organisations to integrate a fully-bespoke handbook into their company website for employees to refer to whenever they wish.
“All of the information is legally correct and we update it according to any changes in legislation, removing that worry entirely from the employer. The HR system even sends an alert if the employer tries to use a procedure that is out of date.
The online system also gives employees access to a range of voluntary benefits, including Westfield Health’s health cash plan, without any additional cost to the employer.
