Friday Media Group has launched a voluntary benefits programme and motivational perks for its staff.
The scheme, provided by Perkbox, will provide around 220 employees with access to over 100 benefits. This ranges from free spa days, Tastecards, and mobile phone insurance to discounted gym membership, cinema tickets, travel and savings on childcare.
Employees can redeem these through an online platform and smartphone app. The platform will be updated regularly with new benefits and perks.
Staff will also be gifted with surprise treats through Perkbox, such as snacks, beer and stress balls.
The new scheme is aimed at further enhancing the media organisation’s work culture and establishing it as a great place to work.
