Pizza delivery nets driver $1,000 tip

Something for the weekend…

A pizza delivery driver received an unexpected bonus when she made a delivery to an Ohio church during a service.

The reverend of Sycamore Creek Church in Pickerington, Columbus, invited her onstage to ask what the largest tip she had ever received was. After replying that it was around $10, the Domino’s Pizza driver was presented with a $1,000 tip from the congregation.

The move was part of the reverend’s teachings about acts of generosity.

We wonder how many employers in the congregation took the concept back to their workplace…
