Cancer Research UK is launching a bespoke online benefits platform that integrates its employee engagement, discounts, and reward and recognition schemes.
The new platform, provided by Xexec, will see Cancer Research UK move from a paper-based reward and recognition system to an online scheme.
The portal will enable the charity to celebrate and recognise individual and team performances with thank you cards, vouchers, gifts, travel awards, and experiences.
The organisation’s 4,000-strong workforce will have 24/7 access to a range of discounts through the platform, including online and in-store deals, cashback plans, shopping cards, and vouchers for lifestyle, health and wellbeing products or services, as well as high street retailer discounts. The platform will also feature offers that are exclusive to Cancer Research UK.
In addition, employees will be able to make use of a concierge service that provides last minute tickets to sports, arts and entertainment events across the UK, as well as gain assistance with restaurant bookings, flights and hotel rooms.
