Google, SAS Institute, and WL Gore and Associates are among the organisations that have been recognised as the world’s best multinational workplaces for 2016, showcasing high-performing and inclusive workplace cultures.

The annual list, compiled by Great Place to Work, surveyed 6,000 organisations globally. Organisations are ranked based on their workplace culture, with the results based on an in-depth culture audit and a trust index employee survey, which quizzes staff about their jobs, managers, colleagues, opportunities for training, and work-life balance.

To be eligible, organisations must have at least 5,000 employees worldwide and appear on a minimum of five national Best Workplaces lists.

Google has been named as the World’s Best Multinational Workplace 2016, followed by SAS Institute in second place, and WL Gore and Associates in third place.
