A Head of Compensation & Benefits is required to review the pay and benefits structure for a large organisation in the North of England. The organisation is undergoing a radical change and this provides and exciting opportunity for an experienced C&B specialist to evaluate current practice and make recommendations to change to a performance related pay scheme. It will also be important to implement an incentive scheme in the short term to ensure key personnel remain within the organisation throughout the period of change. A track record as a Compensation & Benefits or Reward Manager is essential as is experience of designing a new C&B strategy.
This is an interim role for 3 to 6 months.
