A large government organisation who focuses on the education of children is seeking to recruit a Reward Specialist for a contract until April 2007.
You will be an experienced and successful reward specialist who can provide technical support to the reward project team. You will quickly build positive relationships with the HR community and managers across the organisation through your expert input to the development and implementation of reward systems and procedures as well as develop existing and new compensation and benefits approaches, ensuring that they are organisationally focussed.
You will have strong experience developing reward (pay) policy and systems, be highly proficient in drafting technical pay reports, pay policy, management submissions and staff communications. You must also have a good knowledge of pay and grading systems, sound knowledge of benefits and strong proficiency Excel and PowerPoint Packages.
