Account handlers preferred to web tools

Nine-out-of-ten small to medium-sized enterprises prefer the services of a dedicated account manager at their car leasing provider in preference to an online vehicle funding solution.

Research entitled Customer service for small fleets, carried out by fleet management firm Network, stated that some 60% of those questioned would like their account manager to contact them for progress updates. The study also found only 3% feel customer service can be provided solely via email.
