IPC plans to increase the number of managers who receive company-branded total reward statements .
The media firm, which publishes titles such as Marie Claire, will extend its coverage of total reward statements from 60 to 400 managers across the business in December.
Strait Logics has been appointed to provide and brand the paper-based statements, which were previously put together in-house. The statements will include details of senior employees’ salary, core benefits, lifestyle perks, learning and development opportunities and work-life balance initiatives.
IPC will get feedback from staff on the effectiveness of the statements before considering further changes to the presentation of them.
Ashley Bestwick, reward manager at IPC, said: “We would like to gauge the impact of the statements themselves with a view to using that information to guide what we do with reward statements in the future, whether we choose not to do them or choose to do them online.”
