Red Letter Days has launched a raft of new products to help employers motivate their staff.
The experience days provider has developed a new points-based motivation system that allows employers to manage a number of different schemes at once and to access management information on groups of users.
Moreover, a new gift range has been unveiled that is designed to complement the company’s range of experiences. It is suitable for one-off rewards or can be incorporated into a structured reward programme. Brands offered include Sony and Tiffany.
Red Letter Days has also formed an alliance with other experienced providers across the globe.
These initiatives follow the expansion of the company’s corporate events division, which now offers team building, conferences, incentive travel and family days out.
