The Voucher Shop research: Paper vouchers still popular in reward and incentive schemes

Almost half (46%) of employers are choosing to reward their staff with paper vouchers over plastic ones, according to research by The Voucher Shop.

The poll was conducted among HR managers and executives across a range of sectors.

Kuljit Kaur, head of business development at The Voucher Shop, said: “Paper vouchers continue to be the reward solution of choice for many organisations because they are straightforward and easy to use for both the employer and the employee. 

“With no technical aspects such as activation codes or online balances to deal with, they are a hassle-free reward for the employee, which can be personalised and presented with style for maximum impact.”
