Greensill Capital launches new benefits package for UK staff


Financial services organisation Greensill Capital has launched a new package of benefits and online benefits platform for its 72 UK employees.

Its online portal, Greensill Rewards, which was launched in August and is provided by Portus Consulting, provides staff with access to new employer-paid benefits, such as private medical insurance, a health cash plan, life assurance and income protection. Employees also have the option to increase certain benefits at their own cost in order to suit their individual needs.

The package also includes childcare vouchers, a cycle to work scheme, a discounts portal. In addition, employees can access their pension details through the new portal.

Greensill Capital launched the new benefits package and platform via an email campaign and an in-office event that featured banners, posters, printed materials and branded cakes. It has also produced a benefits booklet for all new joiners to the organisation.

The organisation will launch total reward statements in early 2018 to ensure employees fully understand the value of the benefits they have access to.
