Johnson Fleming has been shortlisted as a finalist in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, the only service awards held by the Institute of Customer Service, the professional body for customer service.
Judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics, the award ceremony provides recognition to organisations and individuals that have achieved an excellent standard of customer service through the successful implementation of customer-focused initiatives.
Johnson Fleming is competing in the ‘Customer Focus Awards — SME’ category. Finalists in this area have demonstrated that they have placed customers at the centre of all operations and procedures within their organisation, with a clear and well-communicated customer strategy, while achieving excellent engagement for executing the strategy among their own workforce.
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards ceremony will take place at the London Hilton Park Lane Hotel on 3 March 2015.
