Lemonade Reward runs pension seminar for businesses with high earners

Employee benefits firm Lemonade Reward is running a breakfast seminar to help businesses develop strategies for high earners affected by the new pension rules. The event takes place at The Hospital Club in London’s Covent Garden on Wednesday 9 December at 8.30am.

After April 2016, the top 1 per cent of earners will have their tax-free pension contributions reduced from £40,000 to £10,000. Event attendees will learn how to identify who is affected by the change, how to formulate a high earners strategy and how to communicate the solution to staff.

Managing partner David Pugh comments: “Numerous changes to pension legislation have left employers confused and unsure about what decisions to make for the future. At the seminar we will share our simple eight-step solution which equips business leaders and HR professionals with the tools needed to tackle these issues and maximise the opportunities pension reform creates.”

The event is free for reward professionals. To find out more click here
