I joined the rest of the US Reward Gateway team at Human Capital Institute’s conference, Innovation@Work. I was excited to talk about my favourite topic – Employee Engagement – alongside other fantastic and inspiring speakers such as Dan Pink, author of “Drive,”Gary Ridge, CEO WD-40 and author, Joe DeLoss, Head Fryer and Founder of Hot Chicken Takeover and Amy Zimmerman, Head of People Operations at Kabbage, Inc.
While I was presenting 10 Steps to Building Sustainable Employee Engagement, the rest of the team gained valuable insight from attendees on their top priority for 2018. Attendees could choose which element of the Engagement Bridge™ was most important to them and drop in tokens to represent their “vote.”
