UK-based financial advice network Openwork has appointed Carrie Morris as chief people officer.
In her new role, Morris, who has worked in HR for 30 years, will be responsible for all staff-related activity.
Morris has worked across a range of different sized organisations, in sectors such as telecoms, manufacturing, music and IT.
Previously, Morris was employed as HR director, IT, middle and Northern Europe at Axa, HR consultant at Audiogum, global HR director at MixRadio, HR director at Apetito and group HR manager at Helphire Group.
