This partnership will see Johnson Fleming being the outsourced service of choice for Openwork’s advisers. Johnson Fleming has extensive experience in the market, having staged more than 60,000 employees to date. This hands-on experience, coupled with its associated knowledge and experience of auto-enrolment, alongside the distribution scale of Openwork, will provide a compelling auto-enrolment proposition to the market, benefiting Openwork adviser’s corporate clients.

Key to the decision in forming the partnership was the consideration that the Johnson Fleming service is more than just a software system. It also offers a tried-and-tested and fully outsourced administration and communication service, while leaving responsibility for the client relationship with the adviser.

Commenting on the partnership David Roderick, Johnson Fleming’s development director, said: ‘We believe that through this partnership we can assist Openwork and its advisers in delivering an efficient and compliant solution to help them support their clients through the auto-enrolment journey with confidence.’
